For Makan customer and rider accounts

In the app

The fastest way: open the Makan app, go to Rewards → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Removed: your name, phone number, password, and all active sign-ins.
Retained: anonymized order records (items, amounts, dates) for bookkeeping — no longer linked to you.

Deletion is permanent — loyalty progress and rewards are lost and cannot be restored.
